Three things to print from your page, each carrying a QR code to it, so a card in a drawer still leads somewhere. A printer at home, or a PDF for a print shop.
Sign in and open your profile. Go to yellowpagesrv.com, press Sign in at the top right, type the email you signed up with, and use the code or link that arrives. You land on your profile.
Scroll to Your link and QR code and pick a piece. It is the second card from the bottom of your profile. Under 2. Your own page, below the See my page button, the line Print from your page has three links: a folded table tent, two sided business cards, and a postcard. Each opens in its own tab with the instructions at the top and the sheet below.
Check the name at the top. Every print page starts with a cream box. Name to print holds the name already on your listing, and it prints under the business name on every piece on the sheet. Type a different one and every piece changes as you type. Clear it and no name prints. It is for this print run only and changes nothing on your listing, so a shop can print a batch for one technician, change the box, and print a batch for the next.
Business cards: the front is you. Ten to a sheet, 3.5 by 2 inches, for Avery 5371, 8371 or 8871 sheets. Each card has your logo at the left if you have uploaded one, your business name, your name under it, what you do and where, your phone number if you have ticked Show my phone number on my page, the address of your page, and a QR code that opens it. With no logo the words simply take the room.
The back is the map. The same on every technician's cards: the Yellow Pages RV mark, one sentence about the map, Scan to open the map, and a QR code to yellowpagesrv.com. An owner who keeps your card has the map too, and the map has you on it.
Print the cards two sided, flipped on the long edge. The cards page is two pages: page 1 the fronts, page 2 the backs. In the print box set Margins to None and Scale to 100%, choose two sided, and pick flip on the long edge, the usual setting for a portrait sheet. The backs then sit under the fronts the right way up. If your printer does one side at a time, print page 1 on its own, put that sheet back in the tray the way your printer says to for a second side, and print page 2. The cards are centered on the sheet, so the backs still land under the fronts if the sheet goes in turned around. Printing on plain card rather than an Avery sheet? Press Turn on cut lines in the instructions for marks to cut by.
The table tent stands on a counter or a seminar table. One sheet of letter card stock, folded across the middle so it stands up. The two faces are the same: your logo if you have one, your business name and your name, what you do and where, a line of your badges, your phone number if shown, and a QR code with Scan for rates, area and reviews. The top face prints upside down on purpose, so both read the right way up once folded. Print with margins set to None and scale at 100%, then fold along the dashed line.
The postcard also sits on a dash. Two cards of 6 by 4 inches on a letter sheet, for Avery 5389 postcard sheets or card stock cut in two. Each has the same things as the tent, laid out for a card: logo and business name, your name, what you do and where, your badges, your phone number if shown, and the QR code with the scan line and your page address. The cut lines switch is in the instructions, the same as for the cards.
Press print, or save a PDF for a print shop. Use your browser's print command. In the print box set Margins to None and Scale to 100%; anything else shifts the layout off the card edges. For a print shop, choose Save as PDF instead of a printer and hand over the file: two pages for the cards, one for the tent, one for the postcard. The margin and scale settings are easier to find on a computer than on a phone.
?Something not right? Wrong name, or no name at all: change the Name to print box at the top before printing; that is the only place it can be changed. No phone number on the pieces: tick Show my phone number on my page on your profile, under Your link and QR code, and press Save. No logo: upload one under Your name and badges on your profile. Nothing you type on a print page is saved, so reloading it puts everything back the way your listing has it.
