What the pins mean

The letter says how they meet you. The color says what they do.

The letter: M, S or B.

M mobile, they come to you. S shop, you take the rig to them. B both.

The color: their trade.

Amber is house side work, green is inspections, slate is engine and chassis. A mixed color means they do more than one.

1Look at the pins. Here, the amber M pins are mobile technicians for the living side of the rig. The teal M pins also inspect. The dark green pins are inspectors. The B pin near Winter Haven has a shop and also travels.

2Open What the pins mean for the whole key. It is the gray bar at the top of the list under the map. Tap it and every letter and color is spelled out. On your first visit the key shows on the map by itself, then folds down into that bar.

The list under the map with What the pins mean opened: M, S and B explained, then the seven colors from amber to deep blue.

3Press the round button on the left to see how far each one travels. It draws a ring around every pin at the distance that technician will drive. Press it again to show only technicians, only inspectors, only engine and chassis, or none. Tapping any pin always draws that pin's own ring.

?One thing the pins never mean. Nothing about a pin, its color or its place on the map has to do with what a technician pays us or how good they are. Ratings and badges are on the card. Anything else, write to support@yellowpagesrv.com.
