Everything a technician has told us, on one page: what they do, what they charge, when they work and how far they come.
Rates, hours and the area are what they typed. They can be out of date, and nothing on the page is a quote. Agree on the price before any work starts.
Verified means the technician has put documentation on file for every certification on the listing. We keep the document; we do not confirm it with the issuer. Ratings are typed by the technician from their own review pages. Neither is a guarantee of the work. More on Verified.
1The top: who they are, their badges, and the two numbers that matter. Gray badges are the work they do. Gold is training, purple a specialty, green is documentation on file, blue-gray is what they say about themselves, like Insured. Under the line: where they are based, how far they travel, the call out fee and the hourly rate. Call anytime under the buttons means they take calls at any hour. Find a technician at the top left goes back to the map.
2Certificates and hours. Document on file on a certificate means the technician attached it and you can usually open it. Stated means they say they hold it and nothing is attached. Hours are a guide, not a promise, and By appointment means call first.
3Rates, the area they cover, and their number. Mileage usually starts after some free miles; the card on the map draws both rings. The area lists the towns they reach. Not sure you are inside it? Look on the map and put in where you are.
4Pass it on with Share. Share at the top right sends the page to whoever you like, and the square code at the bottom opens it on another phone.
?Still stuck? Rates or hours missing means the technician has not filled them in; ask when you call. If a page will not open, that listing is not on the map right now. Anything else, write to support@yellowpagesrv.com.
