A listing with your service area drawn on the map, your rates shown before an owner calls, your Google rating, the rigs you work on, the work you take on, and a bio in your own words. Owners find you by where they are and what they need, not by who paid the most.
Everything in your listing has to be true and current. That means:
If any of that stops being true, update your listing or tell us.
Once a month we ask you to confirm your pins are still right. Sign in, look them over, press Save. That is the whole thing, and saving anything on your listing counts.
We email you a week before it is due, and again if a pin does come off the map. Nothing about your listing, your certifications or your subscription changes when that happens, and signing in and saving puts you straight back on.
We do this because the worst thing this site could do is send an RV owner to somebody who moved away two years ago. Every pin on this map has been confirmed by a real person recently, and that is most of what makes it worth being on.
Google will not hand over the reviews of a business that hides its address, which is most mobile technicians. So you give us your rating and review count along with the link to your reviews page, and somebody here opens it and checks the numbers before they appear.
Until that check is done your listing shows the link but no rating, usually for less than a day. If the numbers do not match what we find, we will get in touch rather than change them ourselves. Update them when you like, and each change goes back through the same check.
Verified means we looked at documents you sent and they appeared genuine. It is a check on your paperwork, not a warranty of your work, and we describe it that way to owners. Sending us a document that is expired, altered, or not yours removes your listing permanently.
You are an independent business. We are not your employer, your contractor, your agent, or a party to any job you take from this site. We do not set your prices, control your schedule, or direct how you work. What you agree with an owner is between you and that owner.
You do. You are responsible for your own work, your own warranty, and your own insurance. If an owner brings a claim over a job you performed, you agree to defend and cover Yellow Pages RV and SkillAbove Inc. against any claim, loss or cost arising out of your work, your conduct, or anything you stated in your listing.
We do not market to owners who contact you, and we do not sell the directory or hand your contacts to anyone. Your phone number sits behind a tap and is rate limited so it cannot be harvested in bulk. We cannot promise nobody will ever scrape a website, but we make it slow, countable, and not worth doing.
