About R Factor RV Services

My name is Chris Ratcliff, Veteran of the United States Navy, and owner of R Factor RV Services.

Our mission is to help you enjoy your RV and Explore with Confidence!

Living the full-time RV lifestyle since October 2016, along with my wife Tracey and dog, Brinlee, I’ve learned firsthand, that getting RV repairs done properly and timely is difficult and inconvenient.

I decided to leave my corporate job to help others who share my travel passion and the RV lifestyle. I offer comprehensive inspections of new and used RVs, RV repairs and education on RV systems.

As a previous User Experience Professional, I approach all tasks with empathy for the user/customer, this gives me a unique perspective and attention to detail that I apply to my RV repair and inspection business.
